Inexpensive
Where we spend too much money on traditional marriage, in court marriage money is saved. There is no burden on the parents of the girl to spend extra money to complete rituals.
Dowry
Parents of Groom cannot demand of dowry as it is legal marriage and there is a penalty for giving and taking dowry according to the act 1961. it is a big crime.
Marriage Certificate
The couple does not get a certificate in marriages which are solemnized traditionally. However, they need to go to the court for a marriage certificate and spend extra money. But in court marriage in easy and less cost marriage is solemnized with marriage certification and which is legal.
Inter Caste Marriage
There are so many strict rules in our society for inter caste marriage as it is not accepted by our society. The couple is from different caste cannot get married according to the society. If they get married then their marriage is not accepted by society easily. But inter caste marriage is valid according to the law because everyone is equal and have the freedom to choose his or her life partner. It does not matter from which caste are they.
